I first met Lixin two years ago where she had known that I was only considering selling my property. Knowing that she took me and my wife to several homes just to give us an idea on what our budget would get us should we decide to get into the market. She expected nothing in return as a matter of fact we decided not to sell at that time. I was so impressed with her Generosity and Professionalism it made it very easy for me to obviously use her when the time came up. Having Lixin represent me and my Family through a concurrent escrow was the BEST decision I could have made. Lixin’s experience in the real estate market was evident when she was proactive, told me what to expect, and she was right on every time. Getting into a concurrent is tough enough, but getting into one with a contingency is absolutely difficult and almost unheard of. To my benefit the home that my Family wanted, the agent there was willing to work with us on a contingency largely based on Lixin’s reputation. That in itself should speak volumes of her work ethic and ability to make things happen. Lixin is a Superstar, genuine, knowledgeable, and highly reputable, as I tell my friends and family who ask "Lixin is worth EVERY PENNY", and then some! I would highly recommend, without any doubt! Concurrent escrow is tough enough but Lixin kept it together despite some scary road blocks. Lixin makes things happen, her experience is invaluable. Lastly I want to thank Lixin for being professional, available in a whim, transparent, proactive, without her wealth of experience there is NO way we would have closed. Lixin makes things happen, trust and a genuine willingness to do what is best for her client are apparent.

I'd like to say first of all, I didn't know Mrs Lixin Durborow at first. She was a recommended from my tax return agent. What I first noticed is that she answered my calls immediately.
